Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at libreaile.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at libreaile.jewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
